I started on roofs at 18 and spent more than 34 years building, remodeling, and repairing homes. Most of that work was not new construction. It was somebody’s home, and I was there because something had gone wrong. Almost every time, the problem was visible before they bought the house. Somebody just had to know where to look.
Today I inspect as an InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector, licensed by the State of Florida, and bound by the InterNACHI Code of Ethics.
